Welcome to the BSC 7 Day Fresh Start Healthy Eating Challenge. This challenge is a "no cost" challenge, and you will be provided with all the materials needed to participate including videos and downloadable files. 

There will also be daily ZOOM sessions, and the invite will be sent to you separately via e-mail.

Please make sure that you have provided your e-mail address so that we can you  daily updates as the challenge proceeds. [If you check the "Subscribe to our e-mail list box, you will receive e-mails AFTER the challenge is complete to keep you  updated with events and to receive our newsletter.] It is NOT necessary to check this box to participate in the challenge. If you have not done so already,  join our BSC Community, which will be the central hub for challenge communications and comments. The link was sent to you in your Welcome e-mail, along with final instructions.  

You can purchase and use the Challenge materials anytime. Each month Challenge Action activities will be run for the group, and the next active challenge begins on Monday, April 4th.
