As a member introduced by your physician, you have a FREE 30 day trial period. To continue with all of your benefits, you will then be charged a discounted fee of $10 on a monthly basis.

The first payment will be processed immediately after the 30 day trial period has ended. As long as you are a member, you will maintain Product access (you can cancel at any time, then your access will be discontinued and no further payments will be taken.)
