5 Day Break Free From Sugar Challenge

Welcome to the BSC 5 Day Break Free From Sugar Challenge.

NEXT SESSION: The Challenge is now "Evergreen" --- This means there is no specific starting date, and you can start anytime that is convenient for you!! Although the Challenge is designed to be completed in 5 Days, you can move through the challenge at your own pace.

You will be part of a Private Community where you can post questions, keep up with daily action steps, and communicate with your coach and fellow challenge participants. You also have the opportunity to schedule a 1:1 coaching call with Janet at any time.


After you complete your registration, you will have immediate access to the Challenge where you will be provided with all the materials needed to participate including videos and downloadable files. 

STEP #1:  When you receive the link in your Welcome Letter, please  join the community that has been set up for this program, which will be the central hub for all communications and comments.  (I understand that some individuals prefer not to be on Facebook. If you opt not to join the group, let me know so that I can make sure that you have all of the needed information throughout the 5 Day program)

STEP #2: Please make sure that you have provided your e-mail address so that we can send you the link to the Facebook group, course instructions,  ZOOM information and daily updates as the challenge proceeds.  (If you do not receive your Welcome Letter, please contact me via e-mail at the address below.)

If you opt to check the "Subscribe to our e-mail list box, this gives you the opportunity to also receive e-mails AFTER the challenge is complete to keep you updated with events and other things like new course announcementsPlease know that I am very careful with e-mail addresses. They will NEVER be shared for any reason, and I try to only send messages when there is an important event or update that is helpful for you to know. I will never spam your inbox.  

If you do not have an e-mail address, please contact Janet Sanders via post or private message so that we can arrange to have ZOOM information etc. provided to you.

STEP #3: Schedule Your Food Plan Call. This call is an opportunity to get assistance to plan your food over the course of the Challenge and ask any other questions. You can schedule your call anytime.

Once you purchase this program you will have continuing access to the materials and to the FB Community.
